Restaurant Terms and Conditions

Reservations: All reservations are highly recommended to ensure availability. Reservations can be made via our website or by phone. Please note that we may require a credit card to confirm bookings for groups or special events.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee, and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Arrival Time: We ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. If you are running late, please notify us. We reserve the right to release your table if you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice.

Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary preferences when making your reservation to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

Group Bookings: For groups of 8 or more, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Group bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. A pre-order may be requested for larger groups.

Menu: Our menu is seasonal and based on the availability of local ingredients. Prices are inclusive of GST. A discretionary service charge may apply to large groups.

Alcohol: We encourage responsible drinking. Alcohol may only be consumed on the premises if purchased from Grasmere restaurant.

Child Policy: Children are welcome at Grasmere, and we offer a selection of child-friendly menu options. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of children at all times.

Liability: Grasmere is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to personal property or individuals while dining at the restaurant.
Accommodation Terms and Conditions
BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a 25% deposit to secure your reservation. The remainder of your reservation payment may be finalised on check out.

Deposits are deducted automatically when you make an online reservation through our website www.grasmerenz.com.

Cancellation up until 30 days of arrival will incur a 7% administration fee of the total booking price.

Cancellation within 15 to 30 days of arrival date will result in a charge of your deposit. If you choose to make a future booking, we will honour that deposit.

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date will result in a 100% forfeit of the total deposit.

All cancellations must be made in writing to info@grasmerenz.com

We recommend a comprehensive travel insurance policy so that you are covered in the event of loss of deposit or holiday payment through cancellation, as well as for personal belongings and any medical expenses that may incur.
